1. Free Content

The vast majority of Zyvaro's content — including all quiz categories, articles, and educational resources — is available at no cost. No payment or refund process applies to this content.

2. Premium Learning Bundles

Zyvaro offers optional premium learning bundles at a one-time access fee. These bundles consist of curated digital educational content including extended quizzes, in-depth articles, and structured learning modules.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund for a premium bundle purchase within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date, provided that:

• The request is submitted within the 14-day window
• You provide your order confirmation number and email address
• The content has not been substantially consumed (more than 50% completion as tracked by our platform)

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• Requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase
• Substantial consumption of the purchased content (more than 50% completion)
• Purchases made during promotional sales or at discounted rates (unless otherwise stated at time of purchase)
• Duplicate purchases where one copy has been refunded

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your order number, purchase email, and a brief reason for the request. We will process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Consumer Protection

This policy is designed to comply with the British Columbia Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act and applicable federal consumer protection legislation. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection law.
